Rampion Wind Offshore subcomponents manufactured at our state-of-the-art factory in Chepstow, UKFabricating a wide range of steel sub components for the offshore industry, Mabey Bridge has provided services under both sub-contract conditions and direct-to-client. Combining steel rolling and tube fabrication at the company’s Newhouse facility with heavy plate girder fabrication at the Station Road site two miles down the road, Mabey Bridge has the capability to manufacture a wide range of components required for offshore works.

Mabey Bridge delivers steelwork to Execution Class 4 to EN 1090-1, the highest standard for structural steelwork in Europe. In addition the company has the capability to apply offshore protective coating systems up to CM5.
